Recently, the world’s most powerful nations have been developing an innovative business model for shared autonomous electric vehicles, which will bring about the third urban transportation revolution in around 2025. Taiwan should take advantage of its ICT industry strength and include shared autonomous vehicles in the Forward-Looking Infrastructure Plan to actively compete for the big business opportunities arising from the global new generation automobile industry.
